Dr. Sandra Y. Lewis is on a mission to uplift women as leaders, creators, and changemakers using the fuel in their hearts and souls to build collaboration and harmony in our world. Her book, Life in 4-Part Harmony ~ Get Everything in Your Life to Work with Everything Else in Your Life is a resource to help you win at life without losing yourself. She's designed a personal energy management system that puts you to work for you. Ancient African scientists and philosophers identified Maat, as the energy force that governs harmony in the Universe. Maat is the inspiration and foundation for Life In 4-Part Harmony,

Dr. Lewis says Maat reminds us that it takes energy to get everything in our life to work with everything else in our life. It takes energy to bring your best to what matters most. Fulfilling your purpose, creating a legacy, and making a purpose-driven impact in the world are among the things that matters most.

Dr. Lewis draws on evidence-based knowledge to help clients create a daily rhythm that works for them. Clients learn how practicing four principles of Maat, Truth + Order + Balance + Reciprocity, promotes the physical vitality, emotional wisdom, personal fulfillment, and deep sense of harmony they need to power their dreams and live satisfying lives.
Dr. Lewis began her journey at the young age of 13 studying meditation and the power of life force energy. This program has been successfully implemented with children and youth from age 5 – 12.
Dr. Lewis spent many years working in the fight against HIV/AIDS, training health care providers in cultural competence, & developing community-based solutions to social problems. Her work in HIV/AIDS earned her awards for distinguished public service from Rutgers University and the American Psychological Association. One of her primary interests is the role of culture in health, mental health, and well-being, particularly among Black women. Accomplishments in this area include her contribution to the book Women of Color: Integrating Ethnic and Gender Identities in Psychotherapy; her service as grant co-author and co-director of the federally funded conference, “Improving the Health Status of Black Women: Understanding Cultural Belief Systems” offered in five U.S. cities; and her research on stress, depression and coping among Black women.

Currently, she’s a student of Yoruba spiritual science with Iya N’Ifa Osun Monife Balewa and Wu Ming Qigong with Qigong Grand Master Dr. Nan Lu. Her special blend of research-based practices and ancient wisdom helps women put their natural energy resources into action.
